These terms govern the use of injil.help. They are short because the website is simple: it offers text for study and asks only for fair dealing in return.
The text
The text of this website is offered for study and discussion. You may quote it, at reasonable length, with credit to injil.help and a link to the page quoted. You may not republish whole articles, or the gospel sections, without permission; ask through the contact page, and permission is normally given for non-commercial use with credit.
The text of The Gospel According to Islam, sections 1 to 27 and the Introduction, is by Ahmad Shafaat (Vantage Press, 1985), and the Qur’anic passages are in The Clear Quran translation by Dr. Mustafa Khattab; their reuse is governed by their own rights holders. See the credits page.
Images and icons
Manuscript images are loaded from Wikimedia Commons under the licence named in each caption, most of them public domain; those licences govern their reuse, and the Kairouan Qur’an photograph (Richard Mortel, CC BY 2.0) must keep its credit. The share icons are from the Minimalist Social Icons Pack (GPL); the LinkedIn icon is by Font Awesome under CC BY 4.0. The brand marks remain the trademarks of their owners and are used only to link to those networks’ own sharing pages.
Links and sharing
The share links under each page open the sharing page of the network you choose, in a new tab, on that network’s own website, with the page address and title filled in. Nothing is posted without your action there, and this website does not see what you share. Links to other websites are given for reference; this website is not responsible for their content.
Accuracy
The content is offered in good faith, states which position it takes on each page, cites its sources, and is corrected when errors are found; the corrections log is the record. It is not legal, medical or professional advice, and it is not the teaching of any institution. Nothing on this website should be taken as the last word on a question of history or faith; the sources are given so that readers may go to them.
Conduct
Correspondence must be civil. Abuse is not answered and will be removed from any public record. Disagreement, however firm, is welcome, and the best of it is published and answered on Objections and replies.
Changes
These terms may change as the website does. The date of the last change is the date of the most recent entry in the corrections log that names this page.
